一邻居送来的一台TCL D39E161液晶电视,据他讲,看一段时间就关机,留下观察,但观察了一上午也没有关机,开始有些不解,难道用户判断错误?后一想不可能,用户说故障出现多次。再一细想,能不能是用户家温度高而我这温度低故障显现不出来(我的是平房,也就10几度,用户是楼房咋也得20几度)?
于是先拆壳看看电源板有没有开焊的,但经仔细观看,令人失望,没有开焊的迹象。那么和温度到底有没有关系呢?决定用吹风机对板子加温看有没有故障变化,通电开机,先对主板进行加热,一会功夫电视突然黑屏,但待机指示灯白灯亮,说明电视处于待机状态,又开机,试了几次都如此,为准确判断故障部位,用加热的烙铁放到主芯片散热片上,开机一会的功夫电视就出现待机了,反复几次都是如此,说明主芯片不是开焊就是热稳定性不良。先用敲打法看有没有开焊的现象,无论怎么敲,电视都没有待机现象。
进一步说明故障还是主芯片热稳定性不良引起的。换主芯片?看到芯片上的散热片心有余悸,上回也是判断主芯片坏,先用热风枪加热散热片,再用钳子夹住散热片,左愰右愰,就听到咔!咔响,再一看,靠,芯片脚都被拔断了。所以这次不敢贸然行动了。换主板?好像邻居不能接受,来时邻居就说电视没啥大毛病,可能哪有断线的,MD,都是一个师傅教的,都是这句话。看来只有放大招了,温度高出故障,咋想法降温不就得了?主芯片上加个风扇就可轻松搞定(过去加过,效果很好),决定如法炮制,赶紧找风扇,电脑显卡风扇咱有的是,找了一个大小合适的,固定主芯片散热片上,在12v取电压,经试验,声音有点大,决定加一个LM2596降压模块,经试验调到7v电风扇声音基本听不到了,一切固定好,装壳,开机一切正常,也不观察了(观察也看不到),直接打电话让他取走电视,经3天观察故障没再出现。
