接修一台创维37E82RD液晶电视(8K49机芯),故障表现为蓝灯亮,但不开机。拆机检测主板各个供电全部正常,怀疑数据问题,重刷数据无果,最后一招,连接809编程器打印开机信息。鼠标一点,打开电视电源 ,编程器窗口出现了一串串看不懂的字母符号和数字 :

   勉强看懂了。

    接下来就是查IIC总线了,测试UM5(24C32)5、6脚电压相差很大,经查UM5总线只有两路、一路去主芯片另一路去高频头。先简后繁原则先把高频头总线切断,然后开机,熟悉的音乐声出现了!UM5  5、6脚电压也恢复正常了。考虑到本机高频头已没用途,至此本机已算修复逐交付用户。
